Von einer kleinen Klaviermelodie steigert sich der Song zu einer Full-Blown-Queen-like Rock-Hymne. Stark. Dabei ist "Welcome ..." fast schon eine Art Medley für das Album. "Son, when you grow up, Would you be the savior of the broken, the beaten and the damned?" Und wie Gerard Way und seine Mannen wollen.
Ach ja, haben soeben das Fanpackage bei iTunes erworben. Da gibt's dann für 99 Cent neben dem Track selber noch ein 39 minütiges Interview mit der Band, in dem jeder Song des Album kommentiert wird. Nicht schlecht.
